Preparation for a conference to present new products, discuss current topics and talk about market prospects. Selection of venue and hotel reservation. Organization of a gala dinner, four conferences with moderators, entertainment program, organization of transfers for participants, catering, development of design concept, creation of video clips about the company's rebranding and new products.

Solution:
Within the framework of the conference, our company developed the design concept for the entire event, selected professional moderators to assist the speakers and manage the audience during the conference. We created a detailed event plan, including the schedule for the conferences and the overall timing. The entertainment program included a calligrapher who created unforgettable greeting cards for the guests, a photo booth, and a moonshine brewing master class that was enjoyed by everyone. We also prepared all the necessary attributes for the event, from badges and shirts embroidered with the company logo to photo props and signs.
