Task:
Organizing 2 gala dinners for Sunhope company with 750 participants. The tasks were to select a venue, develop the event program, choose a catering supplier, and conduct the events.
Organizing 2 gala dinners for Sunhope company with 750 participants. The tasks were to select a venue, develop the event program, choose a catering supplier, and conduct the events.
Solution:
To implement the project, we booked the Moscow Media House. We selected 4 professional artist groups. We created, agreed upon, and implemented the performance program. A stage was built in the Moscow Media House according to the client's project, and equipment for the events was calculated and ordered. We selected a catering supplier and worked out the menu according to the client's wishes. The event was successfully organized.
